Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:


Please allow 2 to 3 weeks time for receiving your order. All PayPal payments, check or money orders must be cleared before items are shipped. If you pay by PayPal via e-check, we do not receive any funds into our account, nor are we guaranteed any, until your payment has cleared. We will try to expedite all orders as soon as able. T.S. Restoration, LLC will fill all orders it receives, if possible (we do not like back orders either). If there is a delay in a shipping order because an item or items is out of stock we will notify the customer.

All items marked with a truck Ground Shipment Onlysymbol must be shipped by surface only. Even if you choose another form of shipping, these marked items will only be sent out by ground. There is no refunds for shipping and handling, please make the right choice. At the present time we are not exporting from the USA any items marked for surface shipment. If you would like to expedite part of your order then we suggest separating slower required ground shipments from items such as instructional media. This would require (2) separate orders that may add additional postage to your over all total.

You may get an estimate for available shipping at anytime before checkout by looking at your shopping cart and providing shipping info of your area and clicking Update.

International orders of Videos and Lessons are welcome. Additional charges may apply based on estimated actual shipping cost to your location. You may contact us for shipping costs in advance by email.

Payment Policy:


PayPal / Credit Cards, Check or Money Order is accepted on this website.

If you choose to make payment by credit card;

PayPal is the secure payment processor for T.S. Restoration, LLC. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant.


NOTE: You do not have to be a member or join PayPal to use your Credit or Debit Cards! They only handle the secure payment. Please fill out the normal billing information on left hand side when prompted. You may choose to save your information for PayPal where they ask but that is an optional form saver for any future purchases using PayPal's secure payment processor. 

Customer may be emailed a receipt for your transaction from both PayPal and T.S. Restoration if you have an account with us.  If you use choose to use the PayPal Express option, you may only receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

Please contact customer service by email if you do not receive any confirmation email of your order.

If you choose to make payment by check or money order;

We will not be able to send your order until we receive your payment.

When ordering, through this website, be sure you receive an email from T.S. Restoration,LLC confirming that your order went through.


We can not send any items until your payment clears.

No personal checks from outside the USA.

All payments must be made in US dollars.

Minimum shipping and / or handling charge is $6.50 domestic, $18.00 foreign.

Sales Tax:


Sales tax is charged on Arizona orders only.

Return Policy:


We cannot accept returns of any Lessons or Videos unless they were damaged in shipping or have a defect in manufacture. Returned damaged items will only be replaced with the same product, no refunds or exchanges.

No merchandise is to be returned without our prior approval. Please contact customer service first before returning any items. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition it was received, and is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling unless the return is due to our error. All claims for returns or credit must be made to us within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise. Any shipping and / or handling charges that occur in sending an order or return of same are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.

Attention International Customers :


Videos are not in PAL form and will only play on American video systems. If you order them and they do not play on your system, you cannot send them back for a refund. In addition, we cannot be responsible for damaged videos overseas! If your videos arrived damaged, or if the package has been opened and some of the listed goods are missing, we will not be able to replace or refund them.

Due to poor Foreign Postal & Customs services, lengthy delays, & lost international package problems - we will No longer Guarantee Delivery of International packages shipped via USPS {Post Office} Airmail & Parcel Post/Economy (this is because USPS Airmail & Parcel Post/Economy have No Tracking Numbers).

We will Only Guarantee Delivery of International packages shipped via USPS Global Express (EMS), UPS, & FedEx, (which are more expensive, but do provide a tracking number).

Any customs, duties or taxes upon entering your country are the responsibility of the customer.
